Temporary Service Agreement

This agreement sets out the understanding between Arsi Care Group and the client for temporary babysitting services.

1. 1. Best efforts to locate babysitters. ARSICARE Group agrees to make its best effort to locate temporary babysitters for the client's babysitting needs on a requested basis.
2. 2. Rates, fees, and cancellation policy. Client agrees to pay ARSICARE Group directly for services rendered at $30.00 per hour for one child and $5.00 per hour for each additional child, limited to siblings only, up to three children, with a minimum of four consecutive hours. These rates exclude holidays and children with special needs. Clients are responsible for valet parking for the babysitter.

   Standard cancellation

   A 24-hour notice is required for babysitter cancellation or a $120.00 fee will be charged to the credit card provided. There is an additional credit card fee of 4% of the total bill.

   Holiday rates

   a. Time and a half applies on Valentine's Day after 4 PM, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 4 PM, Christmas Day, and New Year Day. A 48-hour notice is required for babysitting cancellation or a $200.00 fee will be charged to the credit card provided.

   b. New Year's Eve after 4 PM is billed at $75.00 per hour for one child and $15.00 per hour for each additional child up to three children, plus a 20% gratuity added to the total bill. Cancellation policy: a non-refundable $50.00 booking fee will be charged to the credit card provided for any cancellation, and $250.00 will be charged if notification of cancellation is received within 72 hours before service.

   c. Other fees: last-minute changes or last-minute requests made eight hours or less before service incur a $50.00 fee. Sharing babysitters adds $15.00 per hour. Overnight service after 1 AM adds $15.00 per hour. Service beginning from 12 AM to 6 AM has an additional $50.00 fee.

   d. With the original reservation, one change request for day, time, or place is allowed. Any additional change incurs a $25.00 fee.

3. 3. Non-circumvention. Client understands that the services provided by all babysitters associated with ARSICARE Group must be contracted through the ARSICARE Group office. Client agrees not to hire or refer an ARSICARE Group babysitter to a third party without the consent of the ARSICARE Group office.
4. 4. Off-premises restrictions. Client understands that babysitters may not take children off the hotel premises.
5. 5. Pool activity restrictions. Client understands that a babysitter can take children to the pool only under certain conditions. The babysitter must have written permission from the parent or guardian before going to the pool.
6. 6. Release. The undersigned parent/guardian releases, acquits, and fully discharges ARSICARE Group and the hotel from any and all claims, suits, sums of money, judgments, damages, and losses, whether known or unknown, contingent or otherwise, that the parent, guardian, or child might have in whole or in connection with the provision of babysitting services.
