How Arsi Care Works

Every care relationship starts with a conversation. You tell us about your needs — the type of care required, schedule preferences, any special requirements, and what matters most to your family. This can happen over the phone, through our online form, or in person.

We select candidates from our pool of pre-vetted caregivers based on your specific needs. Every Arsi Care caregiver has passed Level 2 background checks, reference verification, credential validation, and an in-person interview. All caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified, and many hold specialized certifications in areas like dementia care or infant care.

We don't just match based on skills — we consider personality, communication style, language preferences, and cultural compatibility. For elder care, we look at experience with specific conditions. For childcare, we consider age-group expertise and activity preferences. The goal is a natural fit that feels comfortable from day one.

Before care begins, we arrange an introduction between your family and the selected caregiver. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share additional details, and ensure the match feels right. If it's not the right fit, we'll find another caregiver — no questions asked.

Our job doesn't end once care begins. We check in regularly with both families and caregivers to ensure everything is going well. We conduct periodic reviews, gather feedback, and make adjustments as needs evolve. Our team is always available by phone if any issues or questions arise.
